Mr. Atta Jilani, Associate Professor and Head of the Computer Science Department at Government Islamia Arts & Commerce College and Post Graduate Studies Centre, Sukkur, is dedicated to advancing digital education and technology opportunities for Upper Sindh’s youth. He leads the department in equipping students with essential computing knowledge and practical skills for the global digital economy.
