I have gained international academic experience through my participation in the Teaching Excellence and Achievement (TEA) Exchange Program in 2018, funded by the U.S. Embassy, Islamabad. My professional journey includes diverse experience in the fields of education, administration, and social development. I have five years of teaching experience, seven years of administrative experience, and four years of experience in the development sector, where I have worked with both national and international non-governmental organizations (NGOs).

I am particularly interested in contributing to quality education through effective teaching, academic leadership, research, and continuous professional development.
As an educator, I believe that education goes beyond the transmission of knowledge. It is a means of developing critical thinking, social awareness, professional competence, and responsible citizenship among students. I am committed to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment that encourages students to think critically, explore new ideas, and contribute positively to society.
