Biography
I am Muhammad Imran, and I am an academic and finance professional with more than 20 years of experience in accounting, finance, administration, and education. I currently serve as a Lecturer in Commerce (BPS-17) at Govt. Islamia Arts & Commerce College, Sukkur. My academic journey includes an M.Phil. in Human Resource Management and an MBA in Marketing. I am also pursuing a PhD in Commerce (Management Sciences) at Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur, where my research focuses on corporate governance and firm performance.
During my professional career, I have worked in educational institutions, development organizations, and the private sector, gaining valuable experience in finance, administration, human resource management, and organizational affairs. These experiences have strengthened my leadership, analytical, and management skills.
I am passionate about teaching, research, and continuous learning. My aim is to contribute positively to higher education, support students in achieving their academic goals, and conduct meaningful research that can contribute to better corporate governance and organizational performance.
