Biography

I am working as a Lecturer of Sociology at Government Islamia Arts & Commerce College and Post Graduate Studies Centre, Sukkur, where I am actively engaged in teaching, academic coordination, and student development.

I hold an M.S. in Educational Leadership and Management from SZABIST University, Karachi, and an M.A. in Sociology from Shah Abdul Latif University (SALU), Khairpur. I have also completed my B.Ed. and M.Ed. degrees from SALU, Khairpur, along with an MBA in Human Resource Management (HRM) from the University of Sindh, Jamshoro.

I have gained international academic experience through my participation in the Teaching Excellence and Achievement (TEA) Exchange Program in 2018, funded by the U.S. Embassy, Islamabad. This program provided me with valuable exposure to international educational practices, professional development opportunities, and cross-cultural learning.

My professional journey includes diverse experience in the fields of education, administration, and social development. I have five years of teaching experience, seven years of administrative experience, and four years of experience in the development sector, where I have worked with both national and international non-governmental organizations (NGOs).

My academic and professional interests include Sociology, Education, Educational Leadership, Social Development, Research, and Student Development. I am particularly interested in contributing to quality education through effective teaching, academic leadership, research, and continuous professional development.

As an educator, I believe that education goes beyond the transmission of knowledge. It is a means of developing critical thinking, social awareness, professional competence, and responsible citizenship among students. I am committed to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment that encourages students to think critically, explore new ideas, and contribute positively to society.
